Data Deletion
Last updated: 2026-09-28
You can remove ReeLoop's access to your accounts and delete your data at any time, in two ways:
1. Disconnect immediately, on your own
From your ReeLoop dashboard, click Disconnect to remove YouTube access, or click Disconnect in the Instagram section of a video's review page to remove Instagram access. This immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that service — ReeLoop can no longer read or modify your account after this.
You can also revoke ReeLoop's access directly from the source:
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites, in the Instagram app
2. Request full account deletion
Email kirklanddigital522@gmail.com from the address your ReeLoop account uses, and ask us to delete your account. We'll permanently remove your account record, stored access tokens, synced video/keyword data, and settings within 30 days, and confirm by email once it's done.
Note: this only deletes data stored in ReeLoop. It does not affect your actual YouTube videos or Instagram posts — those live on Google's and Meta's own platforms and aren't something ReeLoop stores a copy of.
